A garage exists on the property. 2021 - Resurveyed. The previously surveyed Scholl House is a two-story Bungalow constructed in 1920 that currently functions as a coffee shop. It has a rectangular footprint, clapboard siding, and a cross-gabled roof with a prominent central front pediment with a second story balcony. The primary, east-facing façade is symmetrical with a full-width covered porch accessed via a central wooden staircase. The porch features simple square wood posts and a wooden railing. Two large windows flank the front door. The second-story balcony has the same posts and railing as the porch. Full-height windows flank the balcony door. The secondary, south-facing elevation has a low-pitched gable roof and a shed-roofed bay window. A ramp with a wooden railing provides access to the building’s secondary entrance. There are three pairs of vinyl one-over-one sliding windows on the south-facing elevation. |
