Re-surveyed 2010: According to an 1897 map in Preissner, Mike Loerke was the owner or occupant of the house that year. It remained in the Loerke family through at least 1934. At an unknown date the house became associated with the adjacent Sacred Heart Church and currently functions as office space for the parish.
