This four story Prairie School styled building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a brick foundation, a brick exterior, a cut stone trim and a ceramic tiled flat roof. The former hotel, owned by Robert M. Kimball in 1982, served in that same year as a place of business for Northrop Co., Blazer Finance, and Airjet Travel. This strucure is in good condition. The originally named Peters Block is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period or method of construction and it is historically significant in that it is assocated with the development of a locality.
