Additional Information: | Remodeling to porch. 2017 WisDOT survey- The property is located on the north side of 12th Street in an east-side residential neighborhood in the city of Menomonie. The two-story Gabled Ell house has an L-plan core, expanded by a one-story rear addition and attached garage on the northeast corner. The cross-gable roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles. The exterior walls are clad in clapboard. A one-story enclosed wrap-around porch extends across the façade. The porch has a half-hipped roof and is glazed by one-over-one windows. The primary entrance is centered on the porch. Windows on the house are replacement units arranged in regular intervals. Although they are replacements, some retain their original modest shelf moldings. |
