It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2017 WisDOT survey - The property is located on the southeast corner of Main and 12th Streets in an east-side residential neighborhood in the city of Menomonie. The two-story residence has a rectilinear footprint, expanded by a rear ell. The exterior walls are clad in vinyl siding and the roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles. The front door is within a one-story enclosed porch on the northeast corner of the façade. The porch has a half-hipped roof and is lit by large fixed windows. Windows on the house are one-over-one replacement units. The property is heavily landscaped with mature shrubbery, obscuring some views to and from the right-of-way. 2017 community survey: Same appearance as earlier in the year.
