NOTES
Additional Information:A two story brick structure with a metal cornice identical to its neighbor, 424 Water Street, 20/7. It is part of the building to the west (this structure is not included in the survey because it has been totally altered) and features three segmental arch bays with elaborate window caps. The lower storefront area has been totally altered.

A saloon was the original occupant of this structure. By 1898 a clothing store, G. Larson and Co., was located here. In 1908 Thompson & Duerst, clothing, were at this address.
1997-the cornice has been removed.
2006-storefronts restored and buildings function as one.
