Additional Information:	Another example of a Mechanic's or Workingman's Cottage (see 28/2, 1243 S. Dewey Street). This one and a hlaf story clapboard residence is distinguished by a delicately detailed front veranda, and a trabeated entrance. A gable ornament prvides additional detail.
