Additional Information: | A two story frame commercial structure adjacent to the Water Street business district. The building which is attached to a one story dwelling on the south, has a boomtown facade and peaked moldings over a number of openings. Currently, the structure is used as a residence. As shown on the Sanborn-Perris maps, the structure contained a millinery shop in 1883 and 1885 and in 1889 an ice cream shop. In 1897 the building was used as a residence. |
