NOTES
Additional Information:Another example of an "English Country Home" - one of the period revivals popular in the early twentieth century. This stucco-covered dwelling has a vertical orientation and its steeply pitched jerkinhead roofs are covered with asphalt shingles laid in such a manner as to suggest a thatched roof. The foundation is made up of concrete. The main facade is orientated to the North. This dwelling is in excellent condition. An individual who owned this residence in 1981 was Thomas Beer. For another example of the "English Country Style," see 464 Garfield Avenue, 5P/33.
