Additional Information:Constructed in the 1880's (frame building shown on 1885 Sanborn-Perris Map; brick building on 1889 map), this brick commercial building is located in a small business district on W. Grand Avenue (formerly Bridge Street). The two story structure is characterized by decorative brickwork below the roofline and four segmental arch windows capped with window hoods. An outside staircase to the second story is visible on the east elevation. On the ground floor the original storefront area has been totally altered. A furniture store is indicated on the 1889 and 1897 Sanborn maps. 1997-Altered windows, added second story stairwell.
