Additional Information:This simple two story clapboard residence rests atop the hill leading to Summit Avenue. The structure is characterized by two small entrance porches, paired bays on the main gabled section of the facade, and a tower-like element on the east elevation. The foundation is made of either concrete or stone, and the roof is covered in asphalt shingles. The main facade faces the North. This dwelling is in excellent condition. The owner of this house in 1981 was Thekla Culver.
