CITY ASSESSOR'S ROLLS SHOW THAT THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1871 AND CITY TAX ROLLS SHOW THAT THIS HOUSE WAS EXTANT BY 1876, AT WHICH TIME IT WAS OWNED BY ANDREW J. MARTIN. |
