Additional Information: | The Epiphany Lutheran Church is constructed in the early twentieth century Gothic manner. The brick church is crucifirm in plan with gable roofs covering the nave and transepts. Dominating the primary facade are two towers, the one at the northwest corner of the building the more prominent of the two. Both towers are characterized by entrances framed by round arches which contain semi-circular stained glass windows. Lancet windows, which are also featured on the main gable and the transept, mark the upper portions of the crenellated towers. The Evangelical Lutheran Epiphany Church was organized in 1895. In 1927 this birck church was erected. The attached education building was completed in 1957 (B). |
