NOTES
Additional Information:TO BE DEMOLISHED. Preceded by frame structure, this two story brick veneered building features a metal entablature and four large rectangular bays highlighted by stone lintels and sills. The most southern bay is smaller than the other and is separated by a pilaster which also designates the side entrance on the first floor. The lower storefront area retains its characteristic recessed entrance, flanking display windows, and large transom window. In 1910 a dry goods store operated by John Oyaas was the building's principal occupant. In addition to this store, Mr. Oyaas ran the hardware store at 304 N. Barstow Street, 20/30. Jennie Johnson, a dressmaker, was also a tenant (B).
