Additional Information: | This is a two-story frame gabled-ell house with composition shingle siding on a stone foundation. It has a standing seam metal roof and wood 1/1 dhs. The house has some Queen Anne details, such as bargeboards with scrollwork and, on the hip-roofed porch, a spindle frieze and turned porch posts. It was probably built for George Powell c. 1890. The current owner is the Dells Development Corporation. |
