NOTES
Additional Information:This structure contributes to the significance of the East College Avenue Residential Historic District under criterion C as a representative example of an 1860's or early 1870's vernacular village house retaining its original peaked window surrounds. Although the house exhibits numerous later alterations including the wide steel siding, the refenestration of the east elevation and the front porch, the house still displays the form and detailing of a Victorian era village house and contributes to the character of the streetscapes in the district.
