This structure was constructed around 1923 by the Langstadt Meyer Company. The Langstadt Meyer Company was engaged in the manufacture of direct connected generating units and farm lighting plants. This structure served as a company warehouse until 1938 when it was purchased by the current occupants.

The two story structure is constructed of reinforced concrete, brick curtain walls, measures 44' x 120' and has a steel trussed gabled roof.
