Additional Information: | 2024: This Queen Anne duplex was constructed circa 1890. Located on a corner lot, this two-story building has a rock-face concrete block foundation and a hipped, asphalt-shingled roof with multiple gables. The house is clad in wooden clapboards, with a raised-board cornice between the first and second stories and at the lintel level of the second story. Small areas of fish scale shingling are found beneath the second story windows on the secondary, north-facing façade. The primary façade faces west, with two entrances located beneath a mansard-roofed porch, supported by square posts. A bay of one-over-one double hung replacement windows is located to the right of the porch, with a bay of narrower one-over-one double hung windows in the second story above. An oriel bay of windows is found on the southern elevation. |
