Additional Information: | Shed. 2024: This Front-gabled house was constructed circa 1900. This two-and a half-story house is located on a corner lot with a primary elevation that faces west. Clad in clapboard siding, it has a concrete block foundation and an asphalt-shingled, front gabled roof with cross gables on the north and west elevations. The entrance is centered beneath a flat-roof porch with square wooden posts and a modern decorative railing. A tripartite window bay, containing a large center double-hung sash flanked by a narrow double hung sash on each side, is located left of the door and faced with storm windows. A single one-over-one double hung sash is located to the right. The house features wooden shingling in the closed pediments of the gable ends as well as bays of three double hung sashes. With the exception of the sashes within the large window bay to the left of the door, most windows throughout the house appear to be one-over-one replacements, found singly and pairs within plain wooden surrounds. An oriel bay window is located on the southern elevation. |
