NOTES
Additional Information:Gabled open front porch; elevated foundation; six over clear plate glass windows. Constructed in a simple gable roofed vernacular manner, the structure now known as the Parkview Apartments has no architectural significance. Probably constructed c. 1919, this building housed the Chippewa Springs Mineral Mud Bath Sanitarium. That name was later changed to the Chippewa Mud Bath Sanitarium. In 1933, the building housed the Chippewa Emergency Hospital.

2021 - This Astylistic Utilitarian apartment building was constructed circa 1919. It is a one-story, front gabled structure atop a raised foundation. It is rectangular in plan, with a gabled front porch centered in the east-facing primary façade. The building is clad in stucco, while an addition to the northern elevation is clad in vinyl or aluminum siding. Shed-roofed entryways and porches have been added to the southern elevation, likely when the building was subdivided for apartments. Windows throughout have been replaced and are a mix of casement and double hung sashes, with some window openings filled in completely.
