Additional Information:This structure contributes to the significance of the City Park Historic District under Criterion C as an interesting example of what appears to have been a garage with Chauffeur's quarters converted to a residence. It is likely this substantial brick and half-timbered tile-roofed Tudor Revival structure may have originally been an accessory structure for the large house at 320 N. Grove Street that shared its lot. Related building: OU 37/30.
