Additional Information:Additional map codes are: J 8/34-36. Related building: 302 E. College Ave. (unsurveyed). A two story, flat-roofed, painted brick building with a modern, plate-glass, stone, and composition panel 1970's storefront. The upper facade features three arched wooden windows with projecting brick dentils ornament the frieze at the parapet. The west elevation consists of plain brick walls with three, flat head, one over one, wooden windows at the second floor level. This structure contributes to the significance of the College Avenue Historic District under criterion C as an Italianate commercial building that, in spite of extensive alterations to the storefrotn, retains distinguishing characteristics of the early Italianate style. 2024: Resurveyed. Not contributing to College Avenue Historic District.
