Additional Information: | This is a contributing structure in the Lawrence University Fraternity Quandrangle Historic District as one of a complex of six similarly designed fraternity houses constructed at the same time using a common design vocabulary and materials to form a unified grouping. This quadrangle of late Colonial Revival houses was designed to reflect the architectural theme of the main campus buildings by utilizing the same materials and the same general architectural styling adapted to a residential scale.
