Additional Information: | This structure contributes to the significance of the City Park Historic District under criterion C as a representative example of a Queen Anne frame house. Although altered by the removal of its veranda, which was probably its principal decorative feature. The house still contributes to the character of the period streetscape along E. Washington Street in its massing, materials, and fenestral treatment. |
