NOTES
Additional Information:Constructed in two sections, the brick flat roofed, two-story Farnum Building has a corbeled brick cornice, leaded glass transom window, and projecting segmental arched iron window heads over long narrow Italianate styled windows.

Used as the Greenwood and Cutler Clothing Store after its construction in 1870 for the merchant George F. Farnum, the Farnum Building is a typical early brick structure built to replace the original commercial structure, probably of wood and lost in the fire of March 24, 1868, that burned the blocks between Second and Third on either side of Main.
