| Additional Information: | Gable roof dormers; full-length open front porch with cut-out filled in rail supported by Tuscan columns. Feb. 2021: This 1-story bungalow was constructed c.1910 as a duplex. It is rectangular in plan with a cast stone foundation, vinyl siding, and an asphalt-shingle hipped roof. The front elevation faces southeast and contains a full-width recessed front porch. The porch features columnar supports with flat panel balusters with diamond-shaped cutouts. A set of wooden steps is located at the south end of the porch. Inside the porch are individual doors located at each end with small 1-over-1 windows between. Blind front-gabled dormers project from the front and side roof slopes. |
