Additional Information: | First floor has been altered with later windows and a simple solid brick transom, now mostly hidden by the large sign board. The entrance doors are original, however. Second floor windows have all been reduced in size and later window units fitted. These windows are arranged in groups placed between four brick pilasters, each of which has concrete ornamentation at its terminus. Above is a concrete cornice with a brick parapet above that has decorated parapet posts at the ends acting as extensions of the corner pilasters. Built by Rahr Reality Co. Replaced by Riverside Place Condominiums. Green Bay Intensive Survey Phases 2, 3 & 4 |
