NOTES
Additional Information:Previously surveyed in 1974. ELLIPTICAL ARCHED WINDOW. ROUND ARCHED DOOR. CAST IRON CORNICE.

October 2001-This one story cream brick commercial vernacular style commercial building features a metal pediment and cornice. It was built c. 1870. It was historically known as the Stroud Bank, however, now it houses Culver#25;s Restaurant.

It has had some alterations to the windows and doors for modern use that have impacted the historic/physical integrity of the property. Though individual buildings on this block may be sufficiently intact to make up a historic district, there are not enough to make a cohesive historic district on this block.
