Pinckney Street. Harmonia offered professional “sexual identity counseling and sex therapy” in addition to counseling for “women’s issues, spirituality, eating disorders, relationship counseling, alcohol, and drug abuse.” In the mid-1980s and into the 1990s, Harmonia offered group therapy for drug and alcohol abuse prevention, specifically for gay and lesbian people. Harmonia currently occupies the entire building at 406 N. Pinckney Street. The Queen Anne style house was built in 1857 for Orasmus Cole. |
