| Additional Information: | Formerly Willow Street (1957 Sanborn-Perris Map). Front entrance porch roof supported by modern wrought iron. Resurveyed April 2016: changes include the replacement of original 3-over-1 windows with modern 1-over-1 windows and the replacement of the ogee arched front door with a modern rectangular door. This 2-story American Foursquare duplex was constructed in 1935. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete block foundation, clapboard walls, and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces south and is symmetrical in plan with a central front door that is accessed by a concrete stoop with modern wrought iron rails on each side. A front-gabled roof projection with modern wrought iron supports shelters the front door. The door is a modern replacement of the original. On the west side of the doorway is a pair of windows, one of which is a single-pane casement while the other is a 1-over-1 double-hung. East of the doorway is a pair of 1-over-1 windows. Window placement is mirrored at the second story with two pairs of 1-over-1 windows. All windows in the faced have decorative shutters. Green Bay Intensive Survey Phases 2, 3 & 4 |
