NOTES
Additional Information:Modernized building with original 1/1 windows visible on sides. Terra cotta is used in bands encircling the building above the first floor window lintels, below the 2nd floor sills, as a wide cornice above the 3rd floor windows, and as coping on the praapet. The cornice also has a denticulated molding below. All windows on the main facade have been replaced with modern units, while the 3rd floor windows ae now covered by metal and glass shed roof gallery. This design is repeated as an oriel window on the west facade, and echoed in the metal and glass exterior elevator shaft which now covers the right hand portion of the main facade. The building has been thoroughly modernized, but in a fashion which still is respectful of the original. Green Bay Intensive Survey Phases 2, 3 & 4
