Flat roofed one-story office building with plain moulded brick cornice with parapet and rectangular pediment above, moulded brick belt string courses dividing structure horizontally, elevated foundation, and two over two windows.

2017 UPDATE - THIS BUILDING LOOKS SUBSTANTIALLY LIKE IT DID WHEN LAST SURVEYED IN 1996.
