NOTES
Additional Information:A Mediterranean inspired house with a Morrocan character, the flat roofed, two-story Kroner House has parapet walls, a stucco exterior, round arched windows and a large chimney that merely suggest the style. Features include: Sculptured front parapet wall; intersecting geometric block shapes; round arched multi paned windows; large chimney; screened rear porch with round arched windows; one bay enclosed entrance on south angle of house. Designed in 1927 by the Merman and Skogstad Firm for William Kroner of the Kroner Hardware Co., the pink stucco house is typical of the small early 20th century house designed with a historic revival flavor by local architects, but it is not as elaborate as other examples in the city.
