1996- "Resting on a brick foundation, this one story bungalow combines various materials and a low-pitch roof with wide eaves, thus exhibiting a vague Prairie School influence. Board, clapboard and wooden shingles sheath the dwelling, while a slightly projecting, gabled bay and recessed, gabled entrance detail the West Avenue facade."
