Additional Information:Special features: reconditioned ground floor, second floor with corner window, dark brick string course and decorative brick cornice. Corbeled brick projecting cornice; segmental arched windows on side elevations; corner entrance bay with building inscription above; lower story has been altered. 2016 UPDATE - THE SECOND FLOOR REMOVED, EXTERIOR HAS BEEN COVERED IN STUCCO. 2024: Not resurveyed for the STH 35 Corridor Study. Stucco cladding has been removed, exposing the original brick exterior. Building has a reconfigured facade and replacement windows. One-story, north elevation addition added c.2022. Currently occupied by WAFER Food Pantry.
