NOTES
Additional Information:Multi-gable roofed two-story house with two-story bays, bay window and porch. Two-story gable roofed rectangular west bay and two-story bay with three-sided bay window on east side; shed roofed entrance porch with altered supports in angle of house; gable roofed rear addition.

This two-and-one-half-story, cross-plan, vernacular residence was built c.1890. The walls are clad in brick veneer and
rest on a rough ashlar foundation. Asphalt shingles cover the gable roof and a central brick chimney extends above the
ridgeline. A shed roof porch with wood fish scale shingles on its end shelters the main entrance, located at the east
corner of the front (north) facade. A polygonal bay window projects on the east (side) elevation. A side porch at the rear
(south) corner of the east elevation has been enclosed with replacement siding. Windows are square, fixed, single-light or
one-over-one replacement sash in single and paired configurations with stone sills and splayed brick headers. Square
openings are also found in the peak of each gable.

The property is a modest example of a vernacular form and has been altered with replacement windows.
