Front and southside cross gables; three sided bay window; flat straight window lintels with end blocks unusual one bay entrance porch with mansard roof and segmental arched openings. Two story extension at rear. An enclosed northside decked porch.

Structure contributes the historical significance of the Holy Trinity Complex.
