Additional Information:Replaced by a parking lot. Single light entrance door with side lights and transom light inset into a concrete door surround having side lamps flanking the triangular arched, stepped reveals surrounding the door. The pointed arch entrance adds an Art Deco touch to an otherwise commercial vernacular facade.
