Additional Information: | Projecting bracketed metal cornice with large and bracket placed on brick projecting corner piers and trianbular pediment above, three bay facade with segmental arch with brick and stone voussoirs over the 3rd story three-part window group with pilaster mullions; flat arched windows with flat stone lintels; white stone belt courses and accents. Brick corner piers, cornice with dentil trim and cast iron columns remain on store front. Part of adjacent building at 407 South 3rd--constructed as one building by Segelke-Kohlhaus Co. in 1886. 2017 UPDATE - BUILDING APPEARS SUBSTANTIALLY AS IT DID WHEN LAST SURVEYED IN 1996. |
