| Additional Information: | First floor of main facade altered with stone veneer siding on pilasters; now display windows and a modern sign band above the windows. Cut stone stringcourse above serves as the second floor window sill. The front facing second floor windows are all paired 3/1 lite windows and are probably later additions placed in the original segmental arched openings. The building has segmental arched second floor windows on the Forest Street facade, which are not paired. A corbel table encircles the building below the metal cornice.
