Additional Information:Fine pedimented entrance hood. Entrance door has fan lite above. Hip roof polygonal bay window on the south facing facade. The soffits under the eaves have large modillion blocks attached. A large semi-circular arched winow on the north facing facade bisects the first and second floors and lights the stairwell inside. this is a fine architect designed example. #650; Garage is original to the house.
