Additional Information: | 2015- "This one-story, flat-roofed, International style residence was erected for Joseph and Edith Guizetti in 1937. The house exhibits a boxy, asymmetrical facade with projecting sections, and a smooth stucco finish. It also possesses paired and grouped, 1/1 sash windows, and an attached garage. The house is rectangular in plan with an L plan entrance vestibule in the middle of the main facade.
