Constructed by 1884 and currently in good condition, this two story retail building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, an asbestos sided exterior, a wood trim and a flat roof. A false front is embellished with decorative, paired, cornice-line brackets.

The building historically functioned as a photography studio in 1892, and as a school and a store from 1898 to 1926. [A].

August 2013: Vinyl siding added; new first story windows.

August 2019: Appearance unchanged.
