| Additional Information: | Original twin arched entryways with keystones and triple coursed brick surrounds are now filled with concrete block. The pilastered facade has a brick capital terminating the pilasters having an abstract trellis design. The pilasters divide the main facade into three large bays. The original display windows are partly hidden by the modern sign board. The triple window group below the apex of the parapet has an arched muntin pattern. #650: Small flat roofed adjacent retail building next door is now part of a larger building.
