NOTES
Additional Information:BEING CONVERTED INTO A RESIDENCE WHEN FIRST SURVEYED IN 1977. When resurveyed in 2021, this building had been reclad in vinyl and was a residence. 2021: This Front Gable Vernacular Form former schoolhouse is one-story-tall, and it has a main block that is rectilinear in plan, to whose main façade is attached a small, less wide, gable-roofed, enclosed entrance vestibule. The building rests on stucco-clad foundation walls that enclose a full basement story and the exterior walls that rest on this foundation are now clad in narrow vinyl clapboards that are sheltered by the overhanging eaves of the building’s gable main roof. The AHI says this building was built in 1860.
