Additional Information: | City of Green Bay, Wisconsin - Architectural and Historical Intensive Survey Report Phase 1 - 2021 Late example of style with curved northeast corner. Windows and decoration in bands which surround the north and east facing facades of the building. Window band has rusticated cut stone panels between groups of metal casement windows. A metal cornice is placed above the window band and also extends around the building. Wide concrete plinth foundation. |
