NOTES
Additional Information:Altered bracketed cornice; window hoods. This Italianate house is one of two adjacent to each other on Franklin Street. It is two stories and built of cream brick. The windows on the front facade are all accented by segmental arch hood moldings with keystones. The facade is capped by a bracketed wood cornice. The design and ornamentation is identical to its neighbor at 709 Franklin Street (MN51-23). Together, these two houses provide a unique grouping of Italianate townhouses in the city.
