| Additional Information: | This two-story, front-gable building was constructed c.1892. It is of frame construction and sheathed in asbestos siding, with a rectangular plan on a stone foundation. The roof is covered in asphalt shingles and the rear (northwest) third of the roof is slightly lower. The first- and second-story windows are replacement, one-over-one, double-hung. The facade features a second-story bay window; the bay is supported by replacement wooden posts. The front entryway is set on a concrete stoop with an offset door. The side (northeast) elevation features an altered patio with a rock-faced knee wall secondary entrance. |
