Additional Information:970-SEAT THEATER COST $90,000 TO BUILD. Cost included 970-seat theatre, three stores, and four apartments. Former neighborhood theatre, which opperated as the Lake Theater from 1926 to c. 1945, when it became the Bay Theatre. It closed in 1956. The builder was Badger Building Service.
