This one and a half-story Side Gabled residence features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete foundation, a wood frame construction, an asbestos exterior, a wood trim, and an asphalt shingled gable roof. A dormer intersects with the roof in the attic story. A basement runs the full length and width of the upper stories. David J. Thomas was a previous owner of this dwelling.
